HOUR Function
The HOUR function shows the hour of the day based on the given time or number.
Note: The hour in the result will be in the form of integer ranging from numbers 0 (12:00 A.M.) to 23 (11:00 P.M.).
Formula:
=HOUR( Serial Number)
Whereas the Serial Number can be given in the form of time, decimals, (for example, 0.78125, which represents 6:45 PM) or the result of other formulas or functions.
