COUNTA Function
The COUNTA function finds and returns the count of number of numeric entries, text, errors, etc in a given list. This ignores blank cells.
Formula:
=COUNTA(Value 1, Value 2,...)
Whereas Value 1, Value 2,... are items which can be numbers, text or error value whose count have to be found
