Usage
- Enter the field name and its label. The label is displayed in front of the field.
- Select field type(text,password,etc..)
- For radio,check-box and select-box enter choices or options (separated with , (comma) or Enter key) .
- Click 'Add Field' button, the field will be added and you will get a perview of the form.
- In preview, you can remove the form fields by clicking the 'Delete Icon' beside the field.
- After creating the form, click 'Get Code For This Form' button to get the source code.
- Just copy the code and use it in your site for free.
