Explanation
Access Vista Services:
You can access vista services in two ways.

From Command Prompt:
  • Start -> Run
  • type services.msc


    • From Control Panel:
  • Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
  • Administrative Tools -> Services

    • From the service window you can either start / stop the service,

    Just right click the service you wish to start/stop.
