Formatting Toolbar in Microsoft Powerpoint 2002

     Formatting toolbar contains the common formatting options for text like bold, underline, alignment, font size, font type. This can be displayed using 'View -> Toolbar -> Formatting'

Following table lists the Common Commands in the Formatting Toolbar.

Item Name Description
   Font List A Dropdown list of all available font types.
   Font Size List to specify the font size.
   Bold Converts a text in Bold font.
   Italic Converts a text into Italicized text.
   Underline Underlines the selected text.
   Shadow Button used to have a predefined drop shadow effect for text.
   Align Left Aligns the selected text to the Left.
   Center Align Aligns the selected text to the Center.
   Align Right Aligns the selected text to the Right.
   Numbering Button to provide numbering for a list.
   Bullets Button to provide bulleting to text.
   Increase Fontsize Increase Fontsize automatically with default fontsizes.
   Decrease Fontsize Decrease Fontsize automatically with default fontsizes.
   Decrease Indent Decreases the indent of the whole text.
   Increase Indent Increases the indent of the whole text.
