Using Grid and Guides in Microsoft PowerPoint 2002

Objects in powerpoint can easily be aligned to the grid as well as with other object using the option 'View -> Grid and Guides'.

Description:

In the above example, the objects are aligned to the grids as well as with other objects in the slide.
You can set the grid spacing in decimals of inches. Here, 1 inch spacing is given between the grids.
'Display grid on screen option' is used to display the grids on the screen.
