Inserting Charts and Graphs in Microsoft Powerpoint 2002

     PowerPoint and Excel work together so seamlessly, that you can add a chart or graph into PowerPoint without ever having to separately open up Excel. Charts can be inserted into a slide using the menu bar option 'Insert -> Chart'. Its easy to change the font size, style the color of the charts by clicking on the objects. Charts or Graphs can also be added from the 'Standard Toolbar' using the chart icon.

  • The charts or graphs values can be entered by editing the excel sheet.
  • The data items can be changed by clicking on the objects to change the appearance of the legend and the chart itself.
