What is str_ireplace Function and how it is used in string?

In PHP, this function is used to replace some characters with some other characters, case-insensitive .
Syntax:
str_ireplace(find,replace,string,count)
In the above syntax "find" specifies the word to be replaced, "replace" specifies the word to be replaced with,
"string" specifies the word to be searched,"count" is a variable that counts the number of replacement.
Example:
<?php
echo str_ireplace("ALL","Folks","Hiox India!Welcomes You All!");
?>
Result:
Hiox India!Welcomes You Folks
In the above example "ALL" is replaced with "Folks" as the string is case insensitive.
