Use of Session Config XML tag in web.xml file?

Explanation

Session-Config XML tag is used to specify the session configuration parameters.

Example:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <web-app version="2.5" xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee" 
    xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" 
    xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee 
    http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/web-app_2_5.xsd">
    <session-config>
        <session-timeout>
            30
        </session-timeout>
    </session-config>
    </web-app>

In the above web.xml example the "session-config" tag contains another tag "session-timeout" which is used to specify the http session timeout time as "30". The time specifed is in minutes.
