"Paint fills" option can be used to draw inside the fill color and also
outside the shape drawn on the stage.

In the above video we have explained how to draw using this tool.
First draw an rectangle shape on the stage.
Using the lasso tool draw a shape inside the area of the image.
Now select the option "Paint fills" from brush mode toolbar.
Change the color, to complete the shape drawn inside the fill color alone.
