How to create a new document in Flash?

Explanation

New Flash documents can be created based on the version of the "Actionscript" required.

Simply open the flash software from the listed programs from the "Start Menu" of Windows.
In the screen that appears choose the version of Actionscript required.
The two versions available are Actionscript 3.0, Actionscript 2.0
Choose any one version and go ahead with creating a animation.
